By accessing or using Nosixt Catalog, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and any applicable policies referenced in these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not access or use Nosixt Catalog.

Nosixt Catalog is a software service operated as a product of Nosixt Studio. It allows businesses and individuals to create, manage, and publish online product catalogs.

Nosixt Catalog may include features such as catalog creation, product management, public catalog pages, image management, QR codes, subscriptions, and other functionality introduced from time to time.

Nosixt Studio may modify, improve, add, or remove features from the service as the product develops.

You are responsible for providing accurate information when creating and using your account.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activities performed through your account.

Authentication and account management are provided using third-party services, including Clerk.

You must not use another person's account without their permission or attempt to gain unauthorized access to another account.

You retain responsibility for the information, images, product details, descriptions, prices, contact information, and other content that you upload or enter into Nosixt Catalog.

You represent that you have the necessary rights, permissions, and authority to upload and publish the content you provide.

You must not upload content that violates applicable law, infringes another person's intellectual property rights, or otherwise violates these Terms.

Nosixt Catalog allows you to publish catalogs that may be accessible through a public URL or QR code.

Information included in a public catalog may therefore be visible to anyone who has access to the public catalog URL or QR code.

You are responsible for ensuring that information you intentionally publish through a public catalog is suitable for public viewing.

Nosixt Studio is not responsible for information that you intentionally make publicly available through the service.

You agree not to use Nosixt Catalog to:

• violate any applicable law or regulation;
• infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of another person;
• upload malicious software, harmful code, or other destructive content;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, another account, or another user's data;
• abuse, disrupt, overload, or interfere with the normal operation of the service;
• use the service for fraudulent or deceptive activities;
• use automated methods to abuse the service or bypass applicable limits.

Nosixt Studio may take reasonable action if it determines that an account or activity violates these Terms or creates a security, legal, or operational risk.

Nosixt Catalog may provide a Free plan with limited features, catalogs, products, or other usage limits.

Free plan limits may change over time. The limits applicable to your account are determined by the plan information presented by Nosixt Catalog at the relevant time.

Features or content that exceed the limits of the Free plan may become unavailable for public display or use while your account remains on the Free plan.

Nosixt Catalog may offer paid subscription plans that provide additional features, limits, or functionality.

Subscription pricing, billing frequency, included features, and applicable limits will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

By purchasing a paid subscription, you authorize the applicable payment provider to process the payment for the selected subscription.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, subscriptions may renew according to the billing frequency selected during checkout.

You may cancel your paid subscription at any time.

Cancellation prevents future subscription renewals but does not automatically create a refund for a payment that has already been completed.

Unless otherwise stated, your paid access may continue until the end of the applicable paid subscription period.

After the paid period ends, your account may return to the applicable Free plan and become subject to its limits.

Refund requests must be submitted within 3 calendar days from the date of the relevant subscription purchase.

Refund requests submitted after the 3-day period will generally not be eligible for a refund.

Cancellation of a subscription does not automatically qualify you for a refund.

If a refund request is approved, Nosixt Studio will generally initiate the refund within 3 business days.

After the refund has been initiated, the time required for the amount to appear in your bank account, card, UPI account, or other payment method may depend on the payment provider and financial institution involved.

Cancelling a subscription or receiving a refund does not automatically delete your account, catalogs, or products.

Your stored catalogs and products may remain associated with your account after cancellation, subject to our retention practices and applicable plan limits.

If your account returns to the Free plan and your stored content exceeds the applicable Free plan limits, affected products or features may remain stored but may not be publicly displayed or available for use while your account remains on the Free plan.

If you later upgrade to an applicable paid plan, stored content may become available again according to the features and limits of that plan.

Nosixt Catalog uses Razorpay as its payment service provider for processing subscription payments.

The Razorpay merchant account currently used to process Nosixt Catalog payments is registered in the name of Chandan Ray.

Depending on the payment method and transaction, the merchant name displayed during payment or on payment-related records may therefore appear as Chandan Ray rather than Nosixt Catalog.

Nosixt Catalog is a product operated by Nosixt Studio, while Razorpay is used as the third-party payment processing provider.

Payment processing may require Razorpay to process information necessary to authenticate, authorize, complete, and record a transaction.

Nosixt Studio does not intentionally store sensitive payment credentials such as your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN, or banking credentials on its own servers.

Nosixt Studio may receive information necessary to manage your subscription, including payment status, transaction references, subscription information, and billing-related information.

Payments processed through Razorpay are also subject to Razorpay's applicable terms, policies, and procedures.

Nosixt Catalog relies on third-party service providers to provide certain functionality.

• Clerk — authentication and account management.
• ImageKit — image storage and delivery.
• Vercel — hosting and analytics.
• Razorpay — subscription payment processing.

These third-party services operate independently from Nosixt Catalog and may have their own terms, policies, security practices, and privacy policies.

Your use of features that depend on these services may therefore also be subject to the applicable third-party terms and policies.

We aim to keep Nosixt Catalog available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

The service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, technical problems, infrastructure issues, third-party service interruptions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect access to certain features.

Nosixt Studio may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue features or parts of Nosixt Catalog from time to time.

We may introduce new features, change existing functionality, or modify plan limits and pricing.

Where appropriate, material changes to paid subscriptions will be communicated through the service or other reasonable means.

Nosixt Catalog, including its software, interface, branding, design, logos, text, and other original materials provided by Nosixt Studio, is owned by or licensed to Nosixt Studio and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of Nosixt Catalog or its underlying technology to you.

You retain ownership of content that you independently provide to the service, subject to the rights necessary for Nosixt Studio to operate and provide Nosixt Catalog.

Nosixt Studio may suspend or terminate an account where reasonably necessary to protect the service, its users, third-party providers, or where an account materially violates these Terms or applicable law.

Where reasonably possible, we may provide notice before taking such action. However, immediate action may be necessary in cases involving security risks, fraud, illegal activity, abuse, or other serious violations.

Nosixt Catalog is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We do not guarantee that the service will meet every individual requirement, operate without interruption, or remain unchanged.

You are responsible for maintaining appropriate copies of important information and content that you upload to the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nosixt Studio will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from or related to your use of Nosixt Catalog.

This may include loss of profits, business interruption, loss of data, or loss of business opportunities, except where such limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of Nosixt Catalog, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.

These Terms are intended to be governed by the applicable laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts having appropriate jurisdiction under applicable Indian law.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to Nosixt Catalog, our practices, legal requirements, or other operational needs.

When we make changes, we may update the "Last updated" date displayed on this page.

Your continued use of Nosixt Catalog after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
